Rep Power: 0  | [Sure. Better yet, exercise first, and use the extra oxygen to your advantage.] Yeah, I usually do exercise first, but I didn't go to the gym today and wanted to exercise now. I wasn't sure if it was bad to exercise after tanning though, since I tanned earlier this evening. |

Rep Power: 24 | As long as you are not sunless tanning. The sweat will streak your DHA spray tan . I am a total beliver in the link between tanning and working out. I normally workout first then tan but I stay very hydrated when working out. Tanning is dehydrating to your entire body. If you workout very hard, like feeling sick or very weak, I suggest a bed over a booth. |
