So how are you good guys?? just for the record my new cell number is 903-691-1203....... and let me tell you their are two sides to every story.... i sell over 400 beds a year and dont have the time to get on this soap opera all the time... unlike most of these guys i get in my trucks with my guys and actuallly go pick up the beds i sell and deliver them my self..... i do sell good beds and deliver them and set them up myself.... i have over $50k in lamps and parts in a warehouse... i am a very fair guy and will bend over backwards to help anyone in the tanning business.... but i will not be taken advantage of by no one.. i will quit when it becomes unfair for me or my company.... my dad and i started this company and have always been very fair when dealing with the public.... i also own tanning salons and they do very well for my family.... nine times out of ten the complants on here have been bogus ******** or small petty things im not responsible for.... i am so sick and tired of stupid things you guys expect more from a used bed than if it was new.... when a lamp goes out check the lamp or the starter first please.... instead you get on here and just type away telling everyone i screwed you over and stole from you or worse...... this is plain stupid.. half this crap is bed distributors ****** b/c i have selling beds to thier customers or people doing in the same business as i am and are trying to keep me from selling beds to their customers..

really guys how do you sell over 400 beds a year,selling junk and ripping people off the way it sounds like i do... i am very fair, i just quit sending parts when it becomes unfair for me.....if i screwed these people like they are claiming i would stay in court and would already be out of business.......it does take a little common sense when running a business.....please call miller county or bowie county courthouse's and ask them if me or my business's have ever been sued or in any lawsuit.... the rest of you guys are missing out on alot of good deals b/c of this junk......

if anyone wants to buy beds i have set up an account with lawyers in an escrow account.... the money goes in there until you get your beds and are completely satisfied that the beds are what we agreed on and the work properly.......j

if anyone wants to get a hold of me i have two cell. numbers and they are 903-244-2972 and 903-691-1203......

i bet when my lawyer gets involved for slander all this b/s crap willl dissapear real quick and no one will be able to be found. but for now i bet we are having a real good time trashing someone 90% of you guys on here i have never done business with and dont care to either......

I recently bought a bed from him & he was EXTREMELY helpful & honest with us. The bed is in excellent condition & I am 100% satisfied & would do repeat business with him.

It is great that there are happy customers and units being delivered.... That is our job.

Do not understand why this has turned into a soap-opera, but basically just do what you tell people you are going to do and then they will be happy.

We have helped supply Mike's customers with the lamps and parts they need, just to help him out. We have helped Mike out, so just return the favor. That is how it is suppose to work.

Do not know why Mike is so mad, but e-mail or call me and let me know what is going on.

Keep it professional..

I know why Mike is so mad: he's been getting slammed on here for months. He feels like he is delivering above and beyond the call of the invoice. I don't know. What I do know is this Michael - and everyone else for that matter - when you have an unhappy customer, you better deal with the "issues" before that customer becomes "vocal". How do you go about doing that? Well, every situation and customer is different - improvise, adapt, and make that individual happy; it'll pay off in the long run.

I've seen A LOT of salon owners get less than what they expected when "used" beds showed up at their salons. This isn't "shipping 101" folks, but for Christ's sake, please be better salesmen/saleswomen when dealing with your customers! Communicate with them. Communication is not "closing the sale". Communication is not "developing a raport". "Communication" is developing a relationship. I can be the most dishonest baztahd and still develop a raport or close a sale.

If the bed is "cwap", and you guys and gals in the biz know when it is, part it out and sell those for a five per cent discount off of retail (or wholesale). Geez, what's the big friggen deal?! These people know they're not getting pristine schmidt when they're getting the units for a third of the regular price, but it better be running. And there better not be any friggen hardware or parts missing either (Dusty et al). I'm done. ~throwing mic on stage~ Good luck out there - to you all.

mr. belvedere, i agree with you all the way... i go through these beds at my warehouse and make sure they run... i also deliver and setup over 90% of the beds i sell or i make sure i explain to the customer we have to get a tan tech. from thier area to install the unit and make it run.. usually we split that or i pay for all of it....when we deliver, i stay until the bed is running and everything is working properly...they do get a 90 day warrenty also... but dam not on a lamp or starter... these people are getting impossible to please and usually its the small salon owners or people that arent making any money with thier salons.... it amazes me how i can sell a ergo 800,600, blacksun 360 hp,silver bullet or something else big and never here one complaint about anything...but let me sell 4 or 5 small base beds or maybe a 40 lamper and these people will beat you down to nothing and then ***** about any and everything for no reason... i dont hardly get on here anymore, im always on the road helping salon owners set their salons up.....its crazy to see these people on here trashing me to **** and back over the most bogus b/s crap and then other people on here that i have never ever sold a bed to just jump on the band wagon and start in also......its made it so dumb that i am taking my banner down and really considering auctioning off the beds,parts, and lamps in my warehouse and just running my salons... i really like buying and selling tanning beds.. its stupid but i really love helping people set up thier salons and make their stores rock... i have helped a ton of people very sucessful just by setting up thier salons as mine is.... it is getting hard in todays economy to make good money in tanning.... the people on this site always complaining and gossiping on here arent making money and thier salons arent busy........ i have 3 ten bed salons that do over $250k a year and im going to make two of them 20 bed salons this fall..... its all how you set them up... you can still make good money with the right setup....my wife and i do tanning from 8am til about 11pm about every night, it has hurt my bed bus.. with all the crap on here and over 90% of it is crap.....i cant keep taking care of these beds forever after the warrenty its your baby... this site makes it sound like i sell just plain junk and rob people and that is a far cry from the truth.....sorry for the venting, people on here dont know how much i care about tanning and helping people in the tanning bus..anyone would like to try it for a while, my business is for sale....thanks michael....903-691-1203

Why dont you return my calls and have the bulbs delivered to me that you promised would be sent with my bed. Puretan has no idea about the bulbs you said that you ordered and your CC was declined by them. People should not do business that dont follow through with their customers. The bed wasnt cleaned out like you said it would, no bulbs, and the year on the ballast tray was 4 years older than the bed. Whats going on here? Do you always do this?
