Tanning tech in texas - tanTALK

I recently had a horrible experiance with a tanning tech and am in need of a new one. I have only been in the buisness for a year. It has been a long tough year with many hard lessons learned. I must of reeked of desperation last busy season(My first) & obviously was an easy target for this so called Tech with over 20 yrs of experiance in this industry. I was lied to stole from & my employees & myself were put in some uncomfortable situations. Needless to say I would like some help in finding someone reputable & was hoping this would be a good place to do so. I am even thinking about paying for a family member to get certified to have my own in house tech. I would appreciate any feedback or info you all may have.

Have you called any local beauty schools or even any beauty supply stores in your area to see if they would recommend anyone in the area?
