Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Pricing help I have a 8 bed tanning salon in Texas that I ened to see if I should be doing something different as far as pkg pricing. This is what I have. 4 Puretan 28 lamp beds 1 alpha sun 15 minute bed 1 Soltron Touchdown bed 1 Quantum 851 52 bulb stand up bed 1 Sunstar 332 12 minute bed with facials I need help on setting up pricing. I have been offering 25 per month for the 20 minute beds and 35 per month for any bed? Is this good or should I do something different? Any help is appreciated. |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Re: Pricing help raise the 20 minute bed price by 5-10 month you are leaving money on the table by not having upgrade charges for the better beds. you should have each bed priced accordingly or group them together for levels with higher prices of at least 40-60 depending on how you split them individually or grouped. and then assign upgrade fees for them from 3-7 dollars. if anyone fusses about the price increase, throw them a few free upgrades or #x free upgrades with lotion purchases. also, do you have session prices or copay packages. however u do it, your prices need to be higher. Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Re: Pricing help Puretan $7 Touchdown & Sunstar 332 $8-$10 There is no big difference in these 3 units. I believe all are powered by 100W ballasts. So, even if the lamps you are using are 120w, they are only being driven @ 100w. The only real benefit is the facials in the 332. Quantum $10-$12 If you can keep this price in line with the Alpha Sun, I would. It will depend on the demand for stand ups in your area. Alpha Sun $12 You need to raise the price of your unlimited like ekc123 said. I would say $45-$50 on the base level equip and they would need to pay upgrade fees to use the other beds. Offer session pkges or preferably point pkges also. Does your software accommodate all pkge types? Maybe a few others will chime in with some advice for you. Bottom line is your prices are too low.
