Would you recommend going to a sunless spray on tanning place for people who unfortuently have red hair?? Also, does spray on tanning have a level darkness of tan you can apply?

yes, get custom airbrushed using 5% dha. I also use a ph balance spray such as norvell before spraying.

ALL ABOUT ME has 8.5% that is recommended for redheads and fair skin. They also have a dark for others.

I wouldn't use anything stronger than 6% personally on Type 1 redheads.

I have the best luck on 2 of my super fair red heads with AYU 8% and Vani-T 8%. Both work great! Two very very very light coats!

DHA has a funny way of reacting with each persons genes. Just a guess, but I see orange in your future. Just a guess mind you. Good luck.

Hi...I am a newbie to the sunless world...but I just sprayed a natural redhead today with TBTs 5% DHA. She looked soooo good and said she had had it done a year ago and it was stinky and gross. She loved it!! Made me feel great!!Good luck...I think going with the lighter formula is the way for a redhead!

Have your seen her in the four hours plus that it takes for the DHA to take effect?

Gosh...I feel honored to have "the NEON BEACH" getting involved to my "newbie post".
No...I have not talked to her since her spray...she will be coming in tommorow to bring her daughter for a facial so I will see the results. I did tell her to wait till AM to take her shower and gave her all the other spray tan info to get good results. Hope it will work out great for her. Will post results!

I guess it depends on what solution you used, not an expert by any means, but if it had the "instant" bronzer, it would have given a tanned looked, I really am anxious to see how the DHA reacted for her. It may very well be great.

I know when I tried a sunless booth, it turned my a great shade of pumpkin orange, but there are so many out there, it's always a gamble for find the one that works best for everyone.
