this may seem a silly question but i am new to spray tanning and i just wondered if anyone could advise me how to spray someone who has very hairy legs. Does the solution penetrate the hairs enough or do i have to do something extra.
i will be using the mini mist system.
please help

Never mind men's hairy legs... same problem on anyone's arms... since most people, even women don't shave those. I've noticed that the same amount of mist applied will give darker color on the legs than arms simply because there is no hair in the way. That said I've been applying mist to the arms and then using an unabsorbent (industrial type) paper towel to press down to try to get the solution past the hair to the skin. Does anyone else have any suggestions? (other than throwing these people in the UV booth)

I spray the men's legs the same way as everywhere else. Let the solution dry then have him pat his hairy areas with a small towel. Works fine.

Let the solution dry and then pat? I would think it would need to reach the skin before drying. I'll try it.
