Rep Power: 0 | I am trying to get this all finished and ready to go for WAN. I need to know if anyone having Helios knows how to lock employees out of date and time so they can not no longer adjust the time to fit their needs? Is there a security feature built in XP Pro to do this? If so, could you please walk me through the procedure? Thanks |

Rep Power: 22 | In XP: > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy > User Rights Assignments > Change System Time Remove Power Users and all "extra" Admin. and or other users. Now the main problem with this is Helios needs to be run with Administrator capabilities which is not such an easy tweek for the "average user". Most people have Helios set to run under default Admin... you need to make a new Windows User without the Admin capabilities - and remember to password your Admin account. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: SunDizzy on 2004-02-17 12:41 ][ This Message was edited by: SunDizzy on 2004-02-17 12:43 ] |
